LDC HOTELS & RESORTS is actively seeking an exceptional Receptionist from Italy or Europe to join our teams at both Palais de Chine, the first five-star cultural hotel to be located in Taipei, and Fleur de Chine Hotel, our 5-star Resort nestled at the breathtaking Sun Moon Lake in Taiwan.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first impression for our guests. Your kindness, welcoming smile, and passion for excellent service will create a warm and inviting atmosphere upon our guests' arrival. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and checking in guests with courtesy and professionalism.

- Providing information about the hotel facilities and available services.

- Managing reservations and special requests.

- Assisting during guests' stays, ensuring a memorable experience.

- Maintaining the reception area tidy and welcoming.

**Key Requirements**:

- Innate passion for the hospitality industry.

- Outstanding communication skills and customer orientation.

- Fluent knowledge of English and another European language.

- Professionalism and positivity even in fast-paced situations.

- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
