To complete the Front Office Team we are currently looking for a

Front Office Agent Turnante

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk, including covering night shifts twice a week as a substitute for the Night Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Handle front desk operations during rotating shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts.

Cover the duties of the Night Manager during two night shifts per week, managing overnight guest services, security, and daily reports.

Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and maintain operational efficiency.

Process payments, manage reservations, and handle any special requests with attention to detail.

Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

Proven experience in a front office or similar hospitality role, ideally in a luxury hotel setting.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Strong communication skills in both English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.

Familiarity with hotel management software (e. g. , Opera, Fidelio) is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional presentation and a passion for delivering luxury service experiences.
