As a Reciprocate Compressor Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for: Reciprocating technology, ITO processes, and cooperating with Technical Sales/Regional teams to fully satisfy customer needs while maximizing RC profitability in full commercial compliance. Preparing commercial proposals, guaranteeing quality completeness and time responsiveness. Managing sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal. Leading Risk Assessment processes coordinating Bid Teams/Functions (Legal, Finance, Manufacturing, Technical Assistance, Sales Force, Global Services P&Ls) during proposal preparation and follow-up. Leading negotiation with customers and functions in order to ensure full compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Participating in definition of the strategy on price and margin and leveraging ROI evaluation. Supporting sales in opportunity development/assessment with customers. Achieving financial and operational committed targets. Tracking, monitoring and reporting the assigned project(s). Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. At least 5-10 years of Commercial Operations / ITO experience for product and services related to Reciprocating Compressors. Excellent knowledge of RC market dynamics & customer processes. Self-starter and results-oriented approach. Languages: English and Italian fluency is required. Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders would be a plus. Strong networking skills: able to align and engage regions on a shared vision is a plus.
