Offer DescriptionThe researcher will be involved in the SISAGEN CARDIO project.

The research activity will focus on the Bioengineering Scientific Sector (code SSD IBIO-01/A), particularly on the work packages OS4 and OS7 of the project, which include:

Design, develop, and validate Clinical Decision Support Systems based on medical image processing with approaches based on radiomics and radiogenomics.

Study the -omics concerning genetic cardiovascular diseases.

Develop optimized methodologies for the multifactorial identification of biopatterns, including radiomic and radiogenomic feature extraction and processing.

Study and develop an intelligent system for information retrieval and processing from databanks.

The activities will be carried out in collaboration with researchers from the Polytechnic and other university research groups involved in the SISAGEN CARDIO project.
