JOB DESCRIPTION:

DESCRIPTION:

Educate hiring managers on the talent acquisition process and effective recruitment/selection methodologies

Advise and assist in the development of job descriptions and ads, including translations

Review, translate, and post new and approved positions, working closely with HR managers across Europe/AMER to ensure proper process adherence

Create talent pipelines for key roles in advance of an active requisition as needed

Develop appropriate sourcing strategies including new tools and techniques to identify and establish diverse talent pipelines

Maintain information in Workday, our applicant tracking system

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS (note: bold skills and certification are required)

Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in German and English

5+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience

University degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a related field, ideally with

Experience with an HRIS, ATS, and/or CRM System

Demonstrated ability to prioritise and handle multiple projects/tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment

Proficient with Social Media and Business Platforms e. g.

LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Xing, Instagram, Facebook

Familiar with GDPR requirements and processing of personal data

Tech-savvy, good technical capabilities including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Flexibility to attend recruiting events
