AECOM has an immediate need for a highly motivated and results oriented recruiter to join our European Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you will will support corporate functions and multiple business lines, including Construction Management, Architecture, Programme and Project Management, Environment and Transportation.

We are looking for a Recruiter to support our geographic regions to include Spain, Italy and France.

**Main responsabilities**:

+ Builds relationships and communicates consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.

+ Identifies future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires

+ Arranging interviews and managing the life cycle recruitment process through to offer acceptance.

+ Optimizing social media and all recruitment tools available ensuring all advertised material (incuding job adverts) is accurate and in line with AECOM branding

+ Utilizing AECOM' global recruitment system () keeping data up to date and accurate in real time throughout the life cycle process.

+ Champion and promote diversity in the business.

Minimum Requirements

+ Fluent Italian, English and Spanish or French

+ At least 1 year experience as Recruiter.

Experience of working in house or agency ideally on roles in the professional services or engineering sector.

+ Experience of working within a multi-national organization is a plus

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or Marketing preferred
