The Role

We are looking for a Cross-Segment Recruiter fluent in Italian based in Milan ideally, who will be responsible for managing and supporting WTW's recruitment efforts accross all our lines of business for Italy.

This will include specific assignment management for junior level positions all the way up to senior roles.

- Partner with hiring managers to establish hiring requirements and overall recruiting strategy for a search and work seamlessly with Recruiting, Business and HR teams to execute

- Support the onboarding of new hires

- Champion inclusion and diversity to ensure that the very best talent, irrespective of age/sex/ethnicity etc, are recruited

**The Requirements

- At least six years of experience of successful corporate full life cycle recruiting experience for a professional services firm; experience working for an HR consulting firm is a major plus

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and assessment tools

- Strong client relationship and team skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively

- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment and self sufficient

- Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables

- Fluent oral and written communication skills in Italian and English

- Demonstrable success leveraging direct sourcing strategies and tools is a plus
