The **Adler Pelzer Group** is a worldwide leader in the design, engineering and manufacturing of acoustic and thermal components and systems for the automotive sector.

With more than 15, 000 employees and approximately 100 manufacturing and R&D facilities, we deliver to all major car brands globally.

We are currently looking for a recruiter to assist with search & selection process across multiple European locations, predominantly in the South Europe.

This person will support the HR team in the Region and function as a Business Partner for hiring managers across the organisation.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintain effective contacts and network in key Adler Pelzer plant locations in Europe

- Liaising with the hiring managers - definition of requirements, advisory, scheduling interviews

- Connected administration and organisation

**Requirements**:

- Experience in recruitment either agency or in-house (2 years)

- Very good experience with sourcing via social media

- Attention to detail, organisation skills and ability to follow-through

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent English and some experience recruiting in multiple EU countries

- Fluent Italian language, knowledge of French language is a big plus
