About the role
Due to our significant growth and the opening of a new logistics center in Milan last year, Redcare Pharmacy is on the lookout for a driven and dedicated Recruiter to be part of our growth journey.
As we continue to expand and thrive, you'll play a crucial role in building our talented team.

Your main focus will be on recruiting shop floor logistics staff, but you might also have the opportunity to recruit for office or technical roles.

What you will do
In this role you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define needs and structure the recruitment plan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare contracts and coordinate onboarding process
About you
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a 'can-do' mentality
- You are fluent in Italian and you have good English language skills
