Job Description:Working within a fun, supportive and driven international team, you'll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in Italy including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions.

This involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes/CVs, interviewing applicants and referring well-qualified candidates to our hiring managers to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent.

What will you do? Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions. Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers. Develop and lead the recruitment sourcing strategy. Proactively source talent. Conduct telephone screen interviews with candidates. Coordinate offer approvals and extend offers. Actively utilize TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP. Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process. Participate in projects as needed. How will you get here? Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent. Experience: Experience recruiting into the Pharmaceutical sector is REQUIRED. Experience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment function. Experience recruiting diverse positions by function/seniority, etc. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong preference for someone with a background in recruiting in the Science Industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management systems (CRM) (Workday ATS experience preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving and time management skills. The ability to work independently and possess negotiation skills.
