Program Purpose

The First at Fendi Program aims to welcome the New Generation of Talents by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace.

As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of its experience as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities.

**Project

Based in the HO in Roma, you will have the opportunity to take the lead of a project launched as part of the Recruitment & Talent Development strategy.

The objective will be to launch the recruitment and kick off the program path of the new retail interns' program for the whole Europe network.

**Main Responsibilities

- Support recruitment process by publishing the job descriptions, monitoring the sourcing on the different channels (Fendi Talent platform, LVMH Talents and Linkedin)

- Ensure that recruitment progress reports are kept up to date and completed with relevant details

- Follow up and support the Europe Recruiting and Talent Development Supervisor into the Retail Interns program launch

- Follow up closely with each stores and business stakeholders on the program's launch and recruitment updates

**Profile**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Highly accurate, organized and with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to use MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

- Good level of English & Italian is a must.
