We are the **People Experience team** of **MioDottore**.
There are 7 of us in Rome and currently, we are looking for a **_Talent Acquisition Partner_** to help us attract and hire the best talents to our team.

What is more, 61. 9 mln unique patients are visiting our website each month.
We have 7 offices around the world and our team consists of over 1500 people
**What would you be doing with us?
80% of your job will be about hiring great people.
The remaining 20% of your time can be used for other projects related to employer branding or people experience.

- Attracting the best people to our Team from various sources;
- Looking for the best recruitment solutions, thinking outside the box about what we can do better and more to attract the right talents;
- Leading onboardings and making the new members feel at home from the very first day.
**Requirements**:
**If you**:
- Have wide experience in Recruitment of managerial e non managerial positions
- Have a true passion for recruitment and see it as an area you want to develop in the long run,
- You speak English fluently
- Are not afraid to step out of your comfort zone every day. . .
