IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL
- Work with Talent Acquisition team on recruiting report requests, surfacing data-driven insights
- Develop and maintain talent acquisition analytical reports and talent forecasts using various systems that provide data insights for recruiting leadership, executives, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with HR leaders in the development of insights to drive actionable decision making.
- Employ strong consulting skills and business acumen to advise business leaders on talent acquisition opportunities.
- Communicate recommendations on prioritization and influence leaders through data, analytics, and thoughtful interpretation of findings.
- Provide support to the recruiting function in the areas of people, metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
- Conduct business, product, and industry research to form data-driven talent strategies for a range of industries
- Proactively identify and execute on opportunities to provide better data and insights to attract and engage the great builders for Facebook.
- Use established quantitative and qualitative methods (including surveys, focus groups, database mining, etc. )
to gather, analyze, and interpret research data and derive useful information for key talent acquisition initiatives.
- Participate in evaluation, analysis, and reporting of new talent acquisition initiatives to understand effectiveness, identify trends, and make forecasts.
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports, scorecards/dashboards, executive presentations and analyses on key talent acquisition metrics and reports.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests to support evolving business needs, crafting automated solutions wherever possible
- Maintain our TA Analytics, ensuring consistency in how our metrics are calculated globally
**Requirements**:
- Experience with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, especially with advanced formula
- Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau
- Ability to accurately and efficiently manage and analyze complex sets of sensitive and confidential data
- Experience in project management, ability to create plans and track multiple project lines at the same time
- Experience in leading global projects
- Experience establishing and managing multiple priorities
