**_Bulgari Spa, within its HR Department, is searching for a Recruiting Specialist based in Rome:_

**Mission

**Accountabilities

- Act as a Project Manager coordinating the whole recruiting process: studying the job descriptions and qualifications according to manager's needs and organizational constraints, identifying the best recruiting channels, running individual interviews or group assessment with the support of proper assessment tools, monitoring the job offer process

- Be a point of reference for internal clients managing the relationship with them from the recruiting planning to the hiring finalization

- Manage the recruiting budget of reference, maximizing the initiatives results

- Support the introduction of new recruiting tools implementation

- In line with the guidelines, support the manager in improving the recruiting process through the optimization of the existing tools and proposing and sharing new ideas and solutions to foster the recruiting attraction

- Cooperate on improving suppliers network by periodically reviewing contracts, scouting new suppliers and monitoring quality, cost and budget

- Ensure reporting on recruiting and mobility actions
