Job Description: This position is only available for people located in Venezuela Our recruiters, using our ever-growing database, connect companies in need of truck drivers in America with drivers seeking employment with fair compensation through effective cold calls.

Your Daily Tasks Will be: Conduct outbound calls to truck drivers, presenting job opportunities based on client requirements. Continuously update and manage the pipeline of candidates, understanding the ever-changing nature of the trucking industry where drivers frequently seek new opportunities. Gather and verify necessary documentation from interested candidates. Submit candidate's applications to clients for review. Act as the main point of contact between drivers and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process. What we are looking for: B1-B2 English Level (Good/Fluent command of the language) Ambition, eagerness to learn and grow. No previous experience needed. Fully functional equipment: Laptop, UPS (guarantee workflow during outages), Headset. Full-Time position: 9 A. M. - 5 P. M. EST. Strong desire for personal and professional development. Benefits: 1.
