PositionOur client, a Global Leader in the design-manufacture and distribution in the Eyewear & Eyecare Industry, is currently looking for:
Recruiting, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding – Operations Who will manage the full internal/external recruitment processes within the Operations Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team.
Areas of Responsibility:Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate contact to the offer and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Coordinate with Hiring Managers and HR BP to identify staffing needs. Help actively the Business in identifying the most suitable profiles for the growth of the Organization. Design and manage - as PM - Talent Acquisition & Recruiting projects. Support and take part in Employer Branding initiatives. Update data on Company ATS (SuccessFactors). Qualifications:Master Degree in Work Psychology, Economics, Humanistic Studies (and similar). At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, in a structured and multinational Company. International Experience is nice to have. People Management skill is appreciated. Ability to build strong and empathic relationships – Team working. Problem solving and creative attitude. Goal Orientation. English and Italian fluent. Location:Veneto province
