**About the opportunity
This is your opportunity to take the next step up to manage our client account across EMEA.
You'll be taking over an already impressive account and have the expertise and freedom to make it your own.
You'll be able to confidently and seamlessly continue to deliver the best practice resourcing function and achieve agreed performance and financial targets, often exceeding clients' expectations.
Keen to share your knowledge and insights, the wider team will also look to you for expertise, trusted advice, management and development.
**About you
Your track record at a senior level within talent acquisition will already be impressive, with a range of exceptional interpersonal and team working examples you can share.
In fact you can easily evidence your multiple KPI achievements, opportunities where you've maximised up-selling to client stakeholders and your insightful negotiations.
Understandably, it's important that you're highly organized, self motivated and able to build strong relationships at all levels and across diverse cultures.

- Directly managing Team Leaders of Recruiters
- Commercial and Project experience
- Deliver across SLA's, Contractual agreements, Audits
- Risk assessment and management
- Strategic mindset and approach
