RINA is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor on a fixed-term contract to be involved in the HR department based in Genoa, Italy.

Main tasks

Participation in careers fairs

Identification and implementation of new, faster and leaner recruitment practices and tools

Supporting the team in development, training activities, compensation and benefits processes

Desired skills and experience

University Degree preferably in MS in Economy, Psychology or similar

Previous experience in an HR department for complexand international organization is a must

Experience of recruitment handling a high volume hiring would be advantageous

Knowledge and use of different selection tools (behavioural interview, group interview, tests )

Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Strong communication skills and aptitude to team working along with the ability to work in demanding environments
