Job description
Play a critical role in our Talent Acquisition team supporting interview scheduling, travel coordination, on-boarding logistics and administration on behalf of the Recruiters.
**Key Accountabilities
- Manage job postings process internally and externally as applicable in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information displayed and brand image
- Manage the contract drafting
The online onboarding process coordination (checking the right to work, organizing medical check etc.
)
- Support the administration of recruitment activities, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process
**Skills & Experience
- MUST be able to speak/read/write fluent Italian and English
- MUST have the full legal right to work in the EU both now and in the future without any form of work visa sponsorship
- Previous administration/coordination/scheduling experience
- Willing to spend approximately 50% of your time working in the Rome office-the remainder of the time will be remote based work
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills with a high work standards and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and comfortable working with people from different countries and levels of seniority
