In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the recruitment process, from job description development to candidate onboarding. This position provides hands-on experience in HR and recruitment, making it ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Develop clear and engaging job descriptions tailored to specific roles. Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to identify top talent. Assist in recruitment strategies and outreach initiatives. Collaborate with the team to improve hiring workflows and processes. Qualifications: Proficiency in developing job descriptions and managing recruitment communication. Experience or familiarity with hiring and recruiting processes. Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidate potential. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment. Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
