The Role

Main Duties

- Lead external recruitment events - Careers fairs, Open days, etc.

- Continually reviewing recruitment methods as the business expands to ensure constant improvement

- Build a rapport with the teams at all levels both in operations and our support office

- Creating and maintaining line level reporting data for people teams.

- Working alongside EU People Director and Head of Recruitment to create hiring strategy around hard to fill areas and seasonal periods.

- Targeted to make 50 line level hires per month (waiters, bartender, chefs etc. )

- if target is hit there will be a monthly Bonus.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of recruiting high volume within hospitality

- Positive and proactive attitude

- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritise

- Strong IT skills and ability to write and produce reports

- Proven impact on a company's culture

- €35, 000 per annum + up to €1, 500 monthly bonus (€53, 000 OTE)
