Job Description: Futura Spa, a company operating in the integrated logistics sector, is looking for an Operational Warehouse Manager for its operational headquarters in Castel Maggiore (BO).
The resource will be inserted in the e-grocery warehouse sector and will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and organizing the work schedules of employees operating at the site.
Specifically, they will be responsible for organizing the daily schedule and weekly planning, including preparing the shifts for employees.
Main Daily Activities: Preparation of weekly shifts for operators, taking into account previous shift hours, absenteeism, known illnesses, holidays, and possible daily reorganization of tasks based on unexpected absences; Manage daily operations of the site, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations; Analyze and control warehouse productivity and operators, providing solutions; Manage any technical/production issues; Verify and control compliance with safety regulations in the workplace; Act as a point of reference for all requests from other operators.
The resource will also collect documentation to be sent to the HR office and will generally act as an intermediary for all exchanges between employees and the HR office, particularly for:
Leave requests Permission requests Illnesses Employee documents Various requests from employees Requirements: Previous experience in the logistics sector, preferably at e-commerce sites or warehouses Preferred experience in a similar role, particularly in personnel management and coordination Good use of main IT tools (Email, Browser, Office Suite, particularly Excel) Residence in Bologna or nearby areas Availability to work shifts, including night shifts, 6 days a week (including Sundays and holidays) Flexibility in hours based on workload peaks and deadlines Desired Profile: Excellent relational skills and team working attitude Flexibility and ability to manage in dynamic and rapidly changing environments Excellent problem-solving skills Reliability and seriousness Ability to work under stress, meet objectives and deadlines Strong leadership skills Contract Type: Permanent contract with a good contractual level to be defined during the interview, based on experience and previous skills.
Work Schedule: Full-time 39 hours distributed over 3 shifts, including night shifts, over 6 days.
Flexibility required based on workload peaks and deadlines.
