**JOB PURPOSE
- Developing, implementing, and delivering learning strategies and programs for European employees in order to contribute to the business results achievement, growing and developing people skills and motivation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the relation with HQ L&D and local stakeholders to collect, evaluate and prepare a shared calendar of the learning programs for Head Office and Stores attendees based on global and local projects
- Assesses both organizational and individual learning and development needs for proposing and preparing L&D programs, activities, and material with an accurate project management approach
- Creates, designs, and executes learning strategies and programs both in-house and with expert third parties
- Collaborates with local HR team and other internal Department to guarantee consistency in covering needs and meet the learning expectations
- Deliver trainings including on-boarding, managerial, behavioural for all professional families of the Country
- Evaluates the effectiveness of L&D programs through KPIs
- Provides continuous feedback to HQ L&D and local stakeholders on the progress of the implemented initiatives
- Manages budget and costs
- Coordinates and monitors different stages of the Performance Management
- Prepares and delivers specific developmental initiatives to support internal growths, career paths according to the Performance Management results and HR guidelines
- Assesses the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Works effectively with LMS Digital Platform
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology/Adult Education/Science of Education/ Management and Organization Development of Human Resources/Economy or related area
- 10+ years' experience in HR L&D as HR or a Consultant
- Strong collaboration skills.
Able to proactively partner with HR to develop strategy, solutions, and outstanding ability to work with different stakeholders
- Strong continuous improvement mindset oriented to diversity and inclusion skillset
- Ability to take initiative, influence, prioritize, negotiate, and partner cross-functionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite, Success Factors modules, LMS digital platforms for learning and digital training solutions
- Very good knowledge of English language; other language is required (Spanish/French/German)
- High flexibility to travel
