Job Title: Account Executive - SMB
Location: Remote - Italy
Job Summary:
Generate and increase revenues in targeted geographic territory as well as named vertical accounts through direct sales activities presenting Product Intelligence PLM Solutions focused on the Apparel Industry and/or Global Product Sourcing for the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) market.
This position will report to the Director, Global SMB Sales.
Responsibilities:Ownership of revenue generation within assigned territory, as well as the quality & strengths of the executive relationships within the territoryResponsible for in-depth, broad-based sales presentations of the entire Centric PLM Solutions suiteDrive complex solution sales cycle to deal closureProspect with qualified leads to identify business opportunities in which the Centric PLM Solution suite can provide business solutionsAnalyze customer business requirements as a basis to develop a sales strategy and propose Product Intelligence SolutionsProduce written proposals & quotationsPrepare business response documentation for RFI/RFP/RFQ requestsAnalyze requirements and design solutions to complex customer business requirementsWorking with a technical team, ensure clear understanding of customer's technology requirements; provide sales leadership for Proposal and Project teams and vision to win and deliver large scale, complex solutionsMeet and exceed assigned revenue goalsDevelop and manage business plan for assigned territoryParticipate in regional & national trade shows, exhibits, and conferencesQualifications:3+ years of proven success selling related Enterprise Application software (PLM, MRP, ERP, CRM, SCM). Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding annual quotasExcellent presentation skills at executive level with small or large audiencesProven new account development skills and experienceExperience preparing presentation material and RFI/RFP responsesAbility to develop multi-level relationships of confidence and trust with customers and cross-functional colleaguesAbility to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and commercial environmentProven experience selling software solutions that result in contracts in excess of $100, 000Experience with value-based selling or solution sellingLanguage Requirements:Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a valuable assetWhat we offer:Competitive salary and benefitsA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesOpportunity to work remotely with a dedicated and motivated teamA remote work environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respectVaried and challenging work to help you grow your technical skillset.
