Regional Account Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proven, quota-carrying sales person to help grow our design & furniture customer base.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic self-starter to grow and expand into a new vertical for our business.
We need a talented sales individual with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing territory plan and conducting proactive prospecting to effectively build up sales pipeline.
- Establishing connections to and ongoing interaction with key stakeholders, decision makers and influencers within the design & furniture market to align Launchmetrics' current and future solutions to their strategic or tactical objectives.
- Developing new business accounts and achieving sales revenues targets.
- Driving the entire sales cycle from prospecting, initial customer engagement to closed sales.
- Showing sales excellence through accurate sales forecasting.
- Maintaining a strong level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Being a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
- Cultivating customer advocates in the design and furniture space.
- Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing and Sales Operations.
- Sharing regular feedback to the Product and Product Marketing team to adapt our product offering to market needs.
- Defining and overseeing strategic account plans and serving as the link of communication and facilitator between key customers and the company.
**ABOUT YOU
**Your Profile
- 4+ years sales/account management experience
- Knowledge of the homeware or furniture customer base
- Self-starter, high energy, self-awareness, and commitment
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Able to present confidently to an audience from all levels within a global organization
- Track record in reaching and exceeding targets; hunter mindset
- Demonstrate an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment while projecting a positive sales attitude
- Strong strategic selling skills and business acumen & pipeline management skills
**You'll be our rockstar if
- Experience in selling software to homeware & furniture manufacturers or retailers
- Speak, read and write Italian fluently.
- History of selling that includes Inside Sales experience, field sales and account management.
