Translating the brand strategy at the customer level by means of the growth pillars range, shelf, promotions, displays, etc. Translating the national marketing initiatives that contribute to the growth of the Lotus Bakeries volumes. Achieving an optimal return on the available budget and resources. Monitoring and managing all administrative, logistical, or financial issues encountered by customers in close consultation with the sales assistant. Developing and implementing a profitable price, packaging, and promotional strategy. Managing the relationship and contract management to achieve the commercial objectives and make responsible choices regarding the use of budget and resources. Working closely with Category Management to jointly develop and implement key leverages that enable business growth. Collaborating with field sales, focusing on an effective market approach by translating the range and promotional initiatives into clear KPIs. Building and maintaining an effective network within the FMCG market. Analyzing and translating all relevant market data. Building sustainable contacts with customers; strong analytical skills, pro-active thinking and acting, combined with a hands-on mentality and a team player profile are critical to the success of this position. Efficient communication of relevant commercial information to other internal or external stakeholders. Profile:University degree (Bachelor or Master), preferably in an economic direction. Minimum of 5 years FMCG experience is a must. Understanding of Sales Process dynamics (interrelations between head office, regions, and agencies). Good knowledge of IRI/GFK Execution. Affinity with numbers. Based in or around Naples, willing to travel most of the time (70%). Language: Fluent in written and spoken Italian, good understanding of English (written and spoken).
