We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently, and transform in a dynamic market. Responsibilities:Ownership of the overall sales plan for Citrix Mid-market segment. Responsible for net new business, customer win back, and competitive displacement. Execution of sales strategy across your geo and support country channel teams. Generating and closing pipeline. Developing and executing specific plans to drive opportunity in the space. Building strong business alignment with key partners and reporting & forecasting. Management and execution of Commercial new business sales strategy. Ownership for strategic relationships with key prospects (C-level/Senior Management). Coordinate forecasting/pipeline process in line with Arrow Countries. Work closely with all internal departments/Countries within Arrow ECS EMEA. Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists. Development of sales plays for continued adoption of Symantec products. What we are looking for:5 years' minimum experience in cloud computing and virtualization technology. Direct touch/end-user sales experience in cloud computing and virtualization technology. Experience in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives. Proven ability to work effectively with marketing to maximize Go to Market programs. Demonstrated leadership abilities, team management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a matrix organization. Qualities:Strong leadership/management qualities. Strong degree of structure and organization. Ability to connect and mobilize people. Good understanding of vendor strategy and can evangelize vendor propositions. Strong understanding of the wider business needs in relation to sales organization. Hunting and farming profile mandatory. Skills: Fluent in Italian & English, strong writing and communication skills, strong influencing and negotiation skills, good relationship building, direct experience with cloud computing and virtualization technology vendor.
