**Posizione**:
**Saleance **is a consultancy company specialising in the **search and selection of sales profiles** and the building of sales networks.
**About Our Client**:
For a multinational German company leader in the fashion accessories sector, we are looking for a **Regional Account Manager**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers within the assigned territory (Central and Southern Italy);
- Managing relationships with existing customers;
- Cooperating with both local and international team members to insure efficiency and maximize results;
- Analyzing market trends and competitors in order to develop long-term strategies.
**Requisiti**:
**Key Skills**:
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably in an international company;
- Experience in managing relationships with clients belonging to large-scale retail trade such as top retailers (GDO) and decentralized distribution;
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
- Availability to daily business trips in the assigned area.
**Complementary Skills**:
- Experience in one of the following sectors will be considered a plus: Food & Beverage, Eyewear, Fashion Accessories, Beauty;
- Degree in Business and/or Management;
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
