DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE The Regional Application Manager Europe will be responsible for managing the implementation of the new ERP platform in Europe, with a first focus on the financial module.
He/She will be actively involved in all aspects of ERP projects and IT software evolutions, from design to testing, supporting the implementation and ensuring optimal user adoption of ERP applications.
KEY CHALLENGES AND PROBLEM AREAS Manage the implementation of new ERP platform in Europe initially focus on finance Analyze business requirements and define correct IT strategy in translating business process in IT solution; Participate actively in new ERP project and IT SW evolutions (design, functional specification analysis and validation, build and test solution, support go live and post go live) Become first point of contact for issue resolution and continuous improvements Coordination and collaboration with internal resource and External Consultants.
Define and organize the user training and ensure an optimal adoption of the ERP applications Manage through internal and external resources the development and quality assurance of system customization and integrations with other systems Manage and keep updated documentation such as requirements, functional analysis, minute of meetings, manuals, test books CORE COMPETENCIES Knowledge of system design, development, implementation and user support principles and practices Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines Pursues quality in accomplishing tasks paying attention to details and verifying information Grant the standardization and evolution of the application landscape at a regional level Coordinate and support other regional applications running in different countries Work closely with global IT Enterprise applications team on setting regional standards and ensuring adoption of policies and procedures Capability to work remotely (considering the resources are allocated in the Regions) Program and Project Management Planning and organizing skills Team leadership Proactive approach Problem solving attitude Knows how to deal with people Relates well to all kinds of, up, down and sideways, inside and outside the organization Passion for IT, technology & innovation Team and vendor management Good communication skills (interaction with multicultural environment, professional document writing, etc. )
Smart, curious, adaptable people with a 'can do' attitude WORK EXPERIENCE Required experience 3+ years of experience on ERP management 3+ years of Project & Program Management Experience in supporting finance ( Accounting general, payable, receivable, asset mgt, … and Controlling) design and implementation Desirable Experience in Retail/Fashion industry Experience on Microsoft Dynamics365 platform, AS400, EDI and CRM integration International multi-industry experience DEGREE/DIPLOMA/CERTIFICATION Graduate – University degree (or equivalent) in related Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field Certifications will be considered a plus LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY Italian Fluent in English LOCATION Limena (PD) Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period #J-18808-Ljbffr
