What you will do
- Responsible for the definition and implementation of holistic business growth plans in the assigned markets focused on the following drivers: Brand portfolio positioning; Product line-up & pricing policies; distribution coverage & trade partner assortment & plans; Go-to-market execution: flooring, store, shopper on/off-line
- Support the markets in removing any business roadblock such as product availability, quality, after-sales service issues, etc.
- Track and analyze sales & market trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the business; Monitor Markets Sales Forecasts
- Prepare distribution plans in each market for all the key product launches, push the local organization to list them in the main trade partners.
Support new product launch execution in the market, including key trade partners meeting preparation and product training
- Provide feedback to HQ regarding new consumer, product & distribution trends in the market: ensure consumer, trade, innovation requirements and market insights are embedded in the product development
- KPI: Share with the Country Business Manager the responsibility for profit & loss (top & bottom line); Markets share growth; New product launches sales; Sales Forecast accuracy; Ph IN-Ph OUT efficiency; SKU reduction; slow movers reduction
- Define correct launch windows for new product introductions
- Facilitate best practice sharing among the markets
What you need to succeed
What you need to succeed
- Degree/Master, nice to have MBA/Master in Marketing
- Experience in Product Categories management in a multinational industry/environment producing
- Global Brands, Sales/Marketing experience in a local subsidiary, Sales Analytics
- English (mandatory); French, Spanish and other are a plus
- Strategic thinking well balanced with well organized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks.

- Passion for cooking is a plus ;)
