What you will do

- Role created to sustain the growth of the cooling business with a stronger country focused support_

- 1) Monitor continuously performance of commercial execution, delivering financial analysis and providing visibility to metrics with a focus on driving improvement with deep analysis by channel and trade partners. _

- 2) Closely cooperate with Product team to build up product line-up, facilitate information flow and remove roadblocks to sales collaborating with logistics and finance dept. _

- 3) Liaise with HQD (Haier Chinese Product Team) team to ensure E2E profitability of the business_

What you need to succeed

- _

Master Degree (preferably economics or engineering)_

- At least 4-year experience in product and/or commercial/ category role within finished goods industry (e. g.

: white goods, electronics, automotive) or consultancy

- English fluency
