What you will do

In charge of Washing Product Line (Washing Machines and Tumble Dryers)

Go to Market strategy for a regional cluster.

Develop market by market strategy with focus on zero-distance approach to drive washing product line (Washing Machines and Tumble Dryers) and work closely with the markets to ensure the best local product offer and launch execution. - Monitor the sales KPIs and forecast and provide guidance support to the markets to achieve the targets. - Study the market, trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges to provide a market and consumer centric support. - Drive benchmark analysis to be able to assure right product positioning to extract value from all new launches. - Ensure the correct market positioning for the reference product range, ensuring consistency with corporate guideline on Brand Strategy and the Product Line guidelines. - Ensure a constant and consistent exchange of insights and market evidences with the reference market in order to support in improving the product strategy and development. - Analyze the sell-out trends for a gap analysis vs sales forecast, aimed at understanding whether gaps are due to general market trends, changes in market shares and/or any other reason related to sale volumes. - Work closely with Phase. in/ Phase-Out manager, Planning team to provide the optimal level of support and adjustment to business needs. - Leverage on best practices available (from other markets, product lines) to share with the markets to improve the business.

What you need to succeed

Must have- 5+ years experience in product marketing- International experience

- Education: _University degree (Economics/Engineering)

- Languages: _fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
