- Are you looking for the next challenge?
We are seeking a Regional Business Operations Director to join our fast-paced Services Organisation to provide support and advice in managing the operational practices of the regional services organisation and ensure it is highly productive and profitable.
- KEY CHALLENGES:
- Drive operational improvement/best practice regionally ensuring they are aligned with the Global Services Organisation strategy and methodology; and communicate their relevance and importance across the regional team-
- Partner with sales to ensure efficient execution of services activities to support the sales cycle.
Assess new business opportunities, drive the regional bid management process, and support bid preparation for reviews and approvals-
- Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities to support capacity/demand planning with internal and partner resources-
- Measure the regional business effectiveness and generate forecasts/operational analysis/reporting (resourcing, financial, project accounting, productivity, KPIs, etc) for Regional and Global Leadership-
- Propose actions and recommendations to improve the overall performance and effectiveness of the regional team as part of continuous improvement. -
- Cooperate with project teams to control labour/3rd party costs and people utilization to align to revenue and margin commitments-
- Partner with the PMO to run operational reviews, compliance validations and audits- REQUIREMENTS:
- Commercially orientated - highly experienced in managing P&Ls, understanding risk, contract/SOW management and KPI management-
- A background in professional services-
- Strong risk and stakeholder management, negotiation and communications skills, both written and verbal, particularly reporting to senior level executives-
- Independent thinker with a proactive, flexible and hands on approach-
- Proficient in English-
- Outstanding attention to detail-
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions. -
- Able to thrive in fast paced environments with frequent change as standard-
- A strong teamwork ethic with a proven ability to work collaboratively- ABOUT US
