For our client, a multinational company specializing in services, we are looking for a

**Regional Controller

This figure, reporting to the Global Business Controlling Director and interacting with the Regional and Global teams, will handle **Financial reporting**, **Controlling** and **Planning & Forecasting** activities:

- Through dedicated business review sessions, supporting in the analysis and interpretation of the financial reports of all the business lines present within the Region, highlighting opportunities of improvements, variance from targets, and potential risks.

- Granting the alignment of the Countries to the reporting and controlling requirements and principles of the Group

- Supporting the HQ Controlling team in coordinating the Controlling & Reporting activities in the Countries, ensuring accurate, qualitative and on-time monthly closures

- Supporting, within the Region, the budgeting and monthly forecasting processes within the Region

- Supporting the cash forecasting and financial planning activities in the Region, in order to ensure accurate and reliable analysis on the cash surplus or need of the Countries

- Ensuring that staff costs projections and analysis are performed in accordance with the Group methodologies and metrics.

Runs specific analysis and controlling, budgeting and forecasting activities on HR costs

Education and Skills:

- Recommended but not mandatory Degree in Economics or equivalent

- Long-term experience acquired in the role, preferably at multinational companies

- Excellent knowledge of the technical aspects of administrative, financial and management control activities

- Experience with using digital tools

- Excellent command of English

- Knowledge of the Business, Customer Orientation, Results Orientation, Organizational Integration, Leadership, Focus on Change, Focus on Continual Learning

- Business Process Re-engineering (Finance area)

- Project management

- Planning and organization

- Economic sensibility
