Description

The person has responsibility for the customer satisfaction, by achievement of all technical, performance and timing objectives.

Your project considers aspects as Interior Electronic H/W component design, EE-Architecture, feature development and safety & security, software upgrades and releases etc.

Person will handle all customer change requests and align with the off-site development teams.

In addition, tasks will include:

- On-Site Customer support project management, which includes organization, moderation and documentation of customer meetings

- Liason with off-site Project Managers and represent the customer perspective in internal core team meeting

- Support all project topics and the main project managers

- Support analyses and monitoring of the project objectives and fulfillment from technical, commercial, quality, and schedule related perspectives

- Risk evaluation, prompt recognition of deviations, identification of causes of problems and effective solution or escalation to the appropriate decision board

- Lead change management (analysis, effort estimation and quotation of new internal and external requirements) on assigned projects

- Stakeholder communication and customer relationship management

Current Location site: Reggio Emilia

**Qualifications**:

- bachelor or master degree in electronic engineering (or similar qualification)

- significant professional experience in managing projects until start of production

- comprehensive experience in the development of automotive electronic systems

- professional experience with MS Office, as well as MS Project and SAP

- Very good Italian and English language skills, possibly also German (but not essential)

- good planning and organizational skills

- excellent communication, strong customer orientation as well as motivation and leadership skills

- Self-initiative, analytical skills and eagerness to learn

- Eagerness to travel (within Italy, occasionally Germany)

- Experience in international teams
