Regional Director - Direct Selling Company
Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market share growth in Italy.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales managers, distributors, and support staff to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities, trends, and competitive threats to inform strategic decision-making and ensure competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, to support business objectives and enhance brand reputation.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to distributors to help them achieve their sales and business development goals, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, operations, and finance, to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives tailored to the Italian market.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and distributor feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize business processes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and legal requirements governing direct selling operations in Italy, and liaise with legal counsel as needed to address regulatory issues.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand, products, and business opportunities and expand our network of contacts.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on regional performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
- With strong background in B2C Business set -up and Multi-level Marketing
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in direct selling, network marketing, or multi-level marketing, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the direct selling industry, including sales strategies, compensation plans, distributor recruitment, and retention practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally internationally.
