You will serve as a DISPATCH MANAGER in the Operations Department of COMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Providing direction and managing all program administration functions for each Local Dispatch Center in all the regional installations;Developing policies and procedures for the LDCs, to include SOPs and MOAs within and outside the organization;Conducting studies, quality assessments, surveys, and analysis of programs and operations to determine their effectiveness;Analyzing, evaluating, preparing, training, and/or executing dispatching procedures for LDCs;Managing manpower planning, budgeting, and long-range planning for future staffing and system requirements.
