Regional Export Manager

You can become Regional Export Manager (ITALY) for BARRIER Romania, one of the most important pillars of the company, and you will have as main responsibilities:
- Taking part in building the sales network in Italy.
- Contributing to the analysis of the market in Italy.
- Setting up the commercial policy together with the Export Sales Manager;
- Establishing the results expected from the members of the sales network in Italy and the way they represent the company; you will make sure that the coordinated team realizes the sales plan agreed with the Export Sales Manager.
You will periodically evaluate the performance of the coordinated team and take all the necessary measures to improve the results both individually and for the team
**What expectations do we have from YOU?
- Dynamism and seller's drive.
- Fluent communication (advanced level) in Italian and English.
Experience in sales (B2B/B2C), ability to analyze the profile market
Knowledge in the construction market (preferably, but not limited to the field of PVC carpentry),
- The habit of using CRM tools for measuring activities/results (customer management tool).
- Coordination experience (hierarchical or functional).
- Management of the coordinated area as a profit center.
**To begin with, we offer you**:
- Motivating income consisting of a fixed part conditional on compliance with contractual obligations and commission from own sales and those of the coordinated team.
The company provides a budget for business trips in the territory for personnel recruitment or client management or specific situations, consisting of accommodation, round-trip plane ticket and transport bill, as the case may be.
Contratto di lavoro: Contratto con partita IVA
Stipendio: €3. 500, 00 al mese
