About the Job : As a Regional HR Director EMEA, you will play a vital role in setting, driving, and executing the HR strategic agenda across all the countries of responsibility. You will be a key partner to the business overseeing hiring, HR management, people development, and all the different aspects of the HR function. You will be functionally leading a team of HR Business Partners located in the main European countries.
Key Responsibilities : Establishing a regional HR action plan to contribute to business and financial objectives. Providing support and advisory to business leaders to help them drive growth and profitability. Managing all the key HR processes across the employee lifecycle: Talent Acquisition & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement. Playing a key role in attracting, retaining, and developing talents across the region. Supporting and coaching line managers to increase their team's engagement. Responsible for HR planning, headcount control, right-sizing/downsizing. Implementing the Group or BA HR policies and practices across the region. Supporting the Merge & Integration Projects and acting as the HR expert in the region. Key Requirements : 8+ years of experience in an international HR Operations role. Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels. Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, coupled with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills. Good level of proficiency in English.
