The main purpose of the Regional IT Manager is to coordinate area's referents and coordinate site specific initiatives.

The additional role of "Local IT manager" is to be responsible of the local IT support (this also includes the support of all IT assets of the region) and being a remote hands and eyes for the global IT Team (Network / Datacenter).

The local IT manager role and regional IT manager role are combined for this position R&L IT manager is also involved as regional SDM - Service Delivery Manager - (30% of his activity) to be the relay of the global SDM for the region.

**Your Mission**:

- Coordinate Area's referents (People Management) : Local IT support, local IT managers, local IT suppliers.

- Act as relay in his region, for hiring people

- Coordinate Area's Budget needs and ensure the good management of local budgets

- Defines and performs local ITs' performances

- Escalation point for local ITs

- Coordinate regional or site specific Initiatives, in close relation with the local management and the IT global team

- Responsible for Regional Service Delivery and support for the service delivery processes

- Responsible for local IT support (local site of R&L IT Manager)

- Supports local IT projects

- Adheres to standard defined globally

- Remote "Hands and Eyes" for local infrastructure (If present.

Responsibility is on the Global Team)

**Your Profile**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation

- Excellent analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English + native language)

- Excellent planning and organizational skills

- Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

- Knowledge of IT standards and controls

- Understanding of information principles and processes

- Understanding of financial models and budgeting

- Understanding of network (Cisco, Fortinet), datacenter technology (VMWare), end user computer (Windows / Office 365 / AD)

- Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent.
