Your Role & Team in a Nutshell As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales in the FDM (Food-Drug-Mass) channel in Lombardy and Piedmont regions. You will be part of a sales team of 18 people (agents included), working with brands like MAPA, Spontex, PaperMate, Sharpie and others. We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities: Manage peripheral customers and negotiate secondary contributions. Oversee assigned sales points, ensuring product presence on shelves. Develop and maintain the agreed product assortment. Ensure compliance with promotions and facilitate direct order deliveries. Monitor competitors for product presence, pricing, and activities. Coordinate with external Sales Advisors to ensure adherence to the company guidelines. Utilise SAP, Bibo and Salesforce for tracking and reporting. What You'll Need Minimum: Experience in sales, preferably in FDM (Food-Drug-Mass) channelUniversity degree or high school diplomaFluent Italian and communicative English (written & spoken)Driving license and willingness to travel 70-80% of timeYour Advantage: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
