Regional Manager Central Italy

**_To realize our growth potential in Central Italy, we are hiring an entrepreneurial Regional Manager. _
Primary areas of responsibility:
- Generating new business - both with existing customers in terms of cross-selling and introducing new concepts and products, whilst you will also be activating former customers.
- Establishing mature business relationships with different regional wholesalers.
You interact with their respective decision makers (mostly entrepreneurs/independent owners) with as a result that Lantmännen Unibake is involved in all relevant business development opportunities and considered as a preferred partner.
- In close collaboration with our different wholesalers, you promote our different products to their clients, give bake-off support, product demos and field visit to end users together with Customer's agent if required.
- Steering our Sales Agent and following up leads for larger horeca-clients.
- Networking & keeping an eye on the market trends/competitor's activity, and share these relevant info internally.
- You ensure that your activities are correctly and thoroughly processed in our CRM tool.
**Skills & Requirements**:
**Your profile**:
- In addition to your higher education degree you have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience;
- Proven track record of business development
- Knowledge and/or experience in the Foodservice sector is an absolute advantage but no must - your attitude and hunting skills prevail
- You have a full proficient level of Italian & an intermediate level of English.
- You are flexible to travel around _Central Italy_ (North of Rome/Lazio) to meet your clients.

- Strong communication and listening skills to capture customers' expectations & needs;
- Balancing your go-getter's mentality with a thoughtful approach so that you set the right priorities;
- Thanks to your analytical skills, you easily process new information and you are eager to learn & develop yourself on the job;
- Entrepreneurial spirit to manage your region in combination with strong problem-solving skills.
