Regional Manager - Commercial Development &
Join our global TUI Musement B2B Sales team as a Commercial Development & Quotation Regional Manager and provide a high level of service for our worldwide customers.
**ABOUT THE JOB
- Standardisation and management of all the quotation teams in the region.
- Define all the KPIs by region and client to be follow.
- Region team management.
- Ensure all the teams have good country and product overview to ensure the highest conversion ratio.
- Ensure the digitalisation of all the clients / queries as much as possible.
- Alignment with all the commercial manager to define the right proposals and pricing.
- Manage the Commercial D Executive and Commercial D Specialist for a specific country.
- Responsible for the team KPIs and OKR management in the specific country.
- Responsible for the tour operator transformation, supporting all production in our online tours platform.
- Accountability for commercial relationship with certain accounts and follow up.
- Prepare financial and content proposals according to the clients' requirements and internal company deadlines.
- Select the best product options to offer to our clients doing a benchmark to ensure that the quotation and the proposal are competitive.
- Be proactive in the communication with Offer Supply teams to receive good rates and attractive margins ensuring that the best proposal is submitted.
- Follow up with the client and response promptly to any further questions or requirement on the proposal, as well as register the quote and the follow up in the company's data systems.
- Report the conversation and feedback from the client to the Team manager to ensure alignment on pricing, cost and client requirements.
**ABOUT YOU
- Relevant experience in team management.
- Good communication skills are essential.
- Skills in quoting, preparing literal descriptions and using an agreed template for proposals.
- In-depth destination knowledge, both clients and product (Italy)
- Ability in proactive communication, both internal and external.
- Methodical, organized and prioritizing approach towards the execution of the assigned tasks.
- Excellent level of English, written and verbal.
Any additional languages are welcome.
- Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree preferably.
