Regional Sales Manager – North East ItalyDentsply Sirona Italia is looking for a Regional Manager for the North East Region (Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino, Provincia Bologna e Romagna). The candidate will achieve the assigned turnover targets for his/her area of responsibility, through effective management of resources and in compliance with company procedures. He/she will align the Regional sales organization's objectives with company business strategy through active participation in strategic planning and sales and business development strategy deployment. Responsibilities:Meeting/exceeding budgeted sales quota while adhering to an annual expense budgetManaging the Sales Plan of his/her areaProposing suitable solutions to improve sales resultsLeading employees to achieve the assigned objectivesDeveloping an accurate regional analysis of territory and customersEstablishing and maintaining productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospectsCoordinating and conducting regional sales meetingsCoordinating and setting-up major regional trade shows and clinical meetings, as needed or requiredCo-travelling with territory managersRecruiting, training and developing the sales team, in compliance with company policyDirectly managing key customersManaging and enhancing the value of the existing customer baseIdentifying and acquiring new significant customersGuaranteeing maximum efficiency in the area, within the budgetDelivering effective presentations to a variety of relevant audienceRequirements:Experience in the role in multinational companies - Experience in the dental field will be considered a significant plusUniversity degree or educationKnowledge of English and IT toolsExcellent skills in managing sales representatives with an agency contractKnowledge of sales and territory management techniquesResults orientationPublic speakingStrong interpersonal skillsIntegrityAs part of our team, you'll experience the spirit of an international and innovative market leader in the dental industry.
