Your Responsibilities: Overall Responsibility: Control of revenue, margin, and cost targets for your sales area. Employee Leadership and Development: Leading and further developing the sales team.
Supporting Sales Managers in their leadership tasks. Strategic Planning: Creating revenue plans and target agreements for your area. Organization and Meetings: Planning, preparation, and execution of service center meetings and team meetings. Training Management: Actively shaping the training plan for the entire sales team. Market Observation: Building industry-specific knowledge and observing competitors (e. g. , price increases, new products). Key Account Management: Independent management of strategically important chains and purchasing organizations. Your Profile: Fluent in German and Italian. Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, and a valid Class B driver's license. Several years of leadership experience in sales, preferably in Key Account Management/National Account Management. Proven success in building and developing business customer relationships. Experience in negotiations with decision-makers in buying center structures. Sound commercial knowledge. Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office applications. Completed vocational training or university degree, ideally in business administration or comparable fields. Existing network in the industry is an advantage. Competencies: Goal-oriented leadership and development of teams. Empathy and motivational skills to inspire employees. Analytical, systematic, and methodical approach.
