Your Job The Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) Marketing and Communications team is on the lookout for a Regional Marketing Manager for our European businesses in Luxembourg, Germany and Italy. This role is essential for creating and implementing targeted marketing strategies and tactics that effectively reach and resonate with our diverse customer base within the industrial, refining, and petrochemical sectors. As an integral part of the marketing and communications team, you will act as a partner to the business, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the region. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will spearhead the development of impactful marketing solutions; challenge conventional approaches; and drive action-oriented, forward-thinking strategies to achieve profitable outcomes. The role is office-based in one of our locations in Luxembourg, Germany or Italy. Our Team We are an in-house Marketing & Communications capability supporting all KES business units. We contribute to business outcomes through close partnership and collaboration with leadership, product and technology owners, and commercial teams. We leverage the strengths, talents and experience of our team and trusted third-party agencies to design and execute strategic marketing and communications plans. What You Will Do Develop and own the marketing strategy tailored to the European region, driving both strategic planning and the execution of all related tactical initiatives across multiple channels. Work closely with the commercial, product and technology teams to better support execution of product marketing and sales enablement initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with key business and industry stakeholders, enhancing KES businesses' brand presence and influence within Europe. Utilize insights from data and analytics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts. Maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives, adapting global strategies to meet regional needs while ensuring consistency with the prominent brands in the region. Partner with cross-functional internal capabilities and external third parties to deliver seamless and integrated marketing campaigns, fostering collaboration and unity across the organization. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Proven experience building marketing plans that include clear roadmaps & actions, with a focus on segment or product marketing. Experience using analytical and strategic thinking skills to analyze data and trends to turn business objectives and insights into actionable marketing strategies. Experience working with third-party creative agencies or freelancers. Experience communicating and collaborating with cross functional teams. Comfortable challenging and working collaboratively with stakeholders and leaders across the business to drive transformation and strategic change. Ability to travel up to 25% for necessary events and business meetings. What Will Put You Ahead Understanding of the industrial, refining, mass transfer, and/or petrochemical industries.
