Consistently strong growth, as well as recently launching in 4 new markets, has created a requirement for a full time Marketing Manager
- Italy to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities of the role
You'll be responsible for planning and executing programs and campaigns to drive demand, while working with the wider team to provide marketing support and building our brand within the finance community.
These activities will include in-field events and webinars, targeted ABM campaigns, supporting the local sales team, developing local partnerships, supporting local digital campaigns and more, all based on a strong understanding of the local market.
You should be able to spot opportunities independently and seize them to support our growth and have the drive to push them to completion in partnership with the sales team.
- Execute the regional marketing strategy to build growth in the Italian market by running targeted campaigns, running/attending events (both physical and virtual), increasing our brand awareness, developing a community following and delivering on pipeline and revenue targets aligned to our business goals.
- Build strong relationships between our teams: Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success.
- Take the initiative to run local experiments and activities to increase growth and brand awareness.
- Evaluate opportunities and nurture relationships for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis as part of your strategic approach.
- Grow a community of advocates through industry leaders, social influencers, influential HR and Tech leaders and Talent pros.
- Plan and implement promotional and nurturing campaigns.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding strategy.
- Build out ABM campaigns (in a platform like 6Sense/SalesLoft, or similar) to target high-value, mid-market segments in the Italian market.
- Create content - either yourself, or through third parties - to help support your goals in region.
- Coordinate with our Sales and Customer Success teams to generate a continuous flow of customer stories, testimonials, and whitepapers
**About you
- Experience in B2B technology marketing
- Fluent in both English and Italian
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing
- Solid knowledge of building strong relationships with colleagues and partners
- Great communication skills, initiative and the drive to help others in the team
- A pro-active approach to your work, taking the initiative and trying out new ideas
