The NETGEAR Corporate Marketing team is seeking a results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager who is experienced in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

- Deliver targeted digital and traditional marketing campaigns for premium products/brands to drive new customer acquisition.
- Lead digital strategy with external agency to drive increased conversion and sale on NETGEAR DTC ecommerce website of premium product lines.
- Regional execution and day-to-day management of corporate initiatives and centralized campaigns for all product categories (consumer & commercial products) and all channels (social, online, paid media, web, PR etc.
)
- Build quarterly marketing plans, supporting corporate initiatives, product launches & regional activities.
- Develop and execute regional product launch plans for key product launches in conjunction and alignment with corporate & regional sales teams.
- Manage trade shows, events, media tours, media engagement, product review programs, blogger outreach, reporting, insights, recommendation.
- Attend meetings to understand products and roadmaps and present on marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain communication and relationships with all corporate marketing and product marketing and sales teams
- Manage both assigned corporate and regional marketing budgets
- Develop & drive PR strategy and activities as well as manage regional marketing vendors and relationships
- Support regional retail sales team with in-store POS and product placements.
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience developing and managing integrated marketing plans, in the consumer electronics or networking technology industries
- Background in ecommerce platform management and marketing strategies.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Ability to understand and translate product plans, technology roadmaps, business requirements, and value propositions into effective outbound marketing plans for both internal and external teams
- Demonstrated proficiency with multiple marketing tactics and channels of inbound and outbound
- Experience using Google Analytics
- Data-driven approach to building, testing and optimizing outbound marketing plans
- Demonstrated success working with sales, channel marketing teams and partners to support new product introductions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
- Excellent attention to detail with strong strategic, analytic, and creative judgment skills
