**CommScope** is recruiting a **Regional Marketing Specialist **to join our growing Outdoor Wireless Network (OWN) marketing team! This role reports into the Global Marketing Director for our OWN business and will be based in either **Faenza** or **Agrate** facilities with the potential for hybrid or remote working.

The **Regional Marketing Specialist **will be responsible for the orchestration of regional campaigns and programs designed to build reputation and generate demand for CommScope based on a clear understanding of local business objectives, market segment dynamics, buyer needs and seller requirements. This role requires a team player who can inspire others to unite behind a clear direction and vision.

You will be an imaginative thinker who can translate business strategy and objectives into creative marketing plans, campaigns and programmes that deliver measurable results.

**You Will Make An Impact By**:

- Defining, implementing and executing region-specific marketing plan (including regional campaigns, customer facing initiatives, events, etc)

- Creating region-specific content supported by Portfolio marketing.

- Providing executive summaries, analysis and reports of regional marketing activity.

- Supporting the marketing director in defining the regional budget; keeps track and monitors the spend regularly in course of the year.

- Ensuring regional database management

- Primary marketing interface with Sales and Channel partner, ensuring regular updates and sales enablement support.

**Required Qualifications For Consideration**:

- Batchelor's degree in Business or Marketing.

- 3+ years minimum in marketing with experience of management of omni-channel marketing campaigns, preferably within a business-to-business (B2B) technology environment.

- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.

- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and lead projects.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Willingness to travel as required.
