Regional Medical Partner Line manager: Regional operations manager

Job purpose: To support clinics on medical related projects

Develop Medical efficiency in Operations: Operational/medical excellence project lead (often in collaboration with regional operations partner) Support AniCura WoW Medical excellence projects Revenue erosion lead for the region Medical Standards of current treatment, best practice sharing Implement Medical initiatives in the region: Support introduction and maintenance of QualiCura in clinics APSIS: introduction & follow-up Quality initiatives (e. g. , quality improvement in strategic areas like lab, nutrition) Master data management for the region Provide Advisory to clinics around quality and medical excellence Customer interaction best practices: NPS review and follow-up Support young vets, training medical basics, intervention, coaching with complaints Support difficult customer interactions; Escalated complaints mgmt.

Follow-up clinic development: Do quality review of clinics when needed Set clinic plan to improve quality and patient safety Partner with P&O for veterinary contribution to strategic people initiatives: Contribute to associate introduction & onboarding (medical/quality content) Linking associates to the right learning opportunities Attend Local Congresses when needed Support Talent acquisition Context and Scope: Works in a clinic and travel to other clinics (4 days/week).

Education & Professional Qualification: Veterinarian

Knowledge/Skills/Experience: Project management, Results oriented, Capacity to embark teams, clinical experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of Italian language is mandatory, good knowledge of English language required

Key Business Partners: Practice managers, Vets and Nurses in clinics, Regional Leadership teams; regional operations partner, regional admin partner, regional P&O partner, regional business controller, Country medical manager, cluster quality manager, Head of Operations, Regional medical partners in other regions in the cluster
